The present invention relates to a method to rapidly and sensitively detect erection inducers such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil. By means of the present invention, sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil can effectively be extracted and refined from various pharmaceutical formulations, and optimal analysis conditions whereby rapid separation is performed and excellent sensitivity is included can be provided by applying a high temperature gas phase chromatograph analysis technique. Through the rapid analysis of erection inducers, counterfeit products which have different components and contents from those of the original products and which are illegally circulated through various routes can rapidly be checked.
