METHOD TO RAPIDLY AND SENSITIVELY DETECT ERECTION INDUCERS USING HIGH TEMPERATURE GAS PHASE CHROMATOGRAPH ANALYSIS TECHNIQUE

The present invention relates to a method to rapidly and sensitively detect erection inducers such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil. The method comprises the steps of: extracting erection inducer components such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil from pharmaceutical formulations including erection inducer components such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil using ultrasonic waves and an organic solvent; centrifuging and refining the extracted components obtained in the extracting step using an ultrahigh-speed centrifuging device; separating the refined extract using a high temperature gas phase chromatograph analyzer including a capillary separation pipe; and measuring component contents of the compound separated by a high temperature gas phase chromatography means using a mass spectrometer through an electron impact ionization process. By means of the present invention, sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil can effectively be extracted and refined from various pharmaceutical formulations, and optimal analysis conditions whereby rapid separation is performed and excellent sensitivity is included can be provided by applying a high temperature gas phase chromatograph analysis technique. Through the rapid analysis of erection inducers, counterfeit products which have different components and contents from those of the original products and which are illegally circulated through various routes can rapidly be checked.
