The present invention relates to a method for producing a composition including fat and oil or fat-soluble substances derived from herbal materials for herbal acupuncture, the composition for herbal acupuncture produced through the same, and an herbal acupuncture formulation produced from the composition. The composition for herbal acupuncture produced according to the method of the present invention can prevent side effects exhibited by existing compositions for herbal acupuncture, e.g., inflammation and suppuration caused by careless administration, needle replacement and needle bursting caused by the high viscosity of the fat and oil, and decomposition in contents caused by bubbles during sterilization. Accordingly, the composition can be usefully used in treating various diseases such as bruise-related pain and inflammatory diseases which require herbal acupuncture treatment using safflower oil and walnut oil.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
