Disclosed is an operation system for system engineering application to a railroad project. The operation system comprises a first database part that stores source documents and information related to the railroad project; a technical process module that processes a technical process performing a predefined step for the railroad project; a core technology management process module that plans, executes, and controls a core technology related to the technical process performed in the technical process module; a project supporting process module that supports the technical process performed in the technical process module and a core technology management process performed in the core technology management process module; and a second database part that stores outputs of the technical process module, the core technology management module and the project supporting process module, wherein the technical process module processes the technical process using at least one output among the outputs of the core technology management process module and the project supporting process module and the source documents and information stored in the first database part, and provides selectively a generated output to the core technology management process module and the project supporting process module.
