The present invention relates to a method of comparing asynchronous values of an automatic test execution system, which improves a processing time by asynchronously comparing an out value of a target system in an automatic test execution with an expected output value. A method according to the present invention includes: a first step of generating a script by a test execution client and transferring the script to a test execution server; when the script is received from the test execution client, a second step of starting to periodically read a value of an output of a comparison object by the test execution server; a third step of executing the script by the test execution server; a fourth step of inputting a value to an object system by the test execution server when an input instruction occurs while the script is executed; a fifth step of transferring a value comparing instruction to the test execution client by the test execution server when a comparing instruction occurs while the script is executed; a sixth step of storing the value comparing instruction by the test execution client when the value comparing instruction is received from the test execution server; a seventh step of storing a time point and an output value in an output value DB by the test execution client when a value transferring instruction is received from the test execution server; an eighth step of asynchronously comparing the output value stored in the output value DB with an expected value by the test execution client according to the stored comparing instruction; and a ninth step of standing by the test execution server when a standby instruction occurs and of transferring a test termination instruction to the test execution client when the script execution is completed. Thus, a delay of a test execution time may be minimized.
