A contactless elastic wave measurement unit according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise an elastic wave detection unit for detecting an elastic wave, which is generated by striking a test sample, by vibration of the air; a housing for accommodating the elastic wave detection unit, being arranged not to be in contact with the test sample, and collecting the elastic wave by the vibration of the air through the elastic wave detection unit; an electromagnetic reduction unit for filtering an electromagnetic field which degrades the signal quality of the elastic wave detection unit by being arranged inside the housing; and a sound absorption unit for absorbing a sound wave transmitted through the air by being arranged inside or outside the housing.
