The present invention relates to a packaging box for air transport cargo, especially to a foldable packaging box for cargo transport, which realizes the benefit of re-use and high durability by having a foldable structure using an aluminum alloy frame and a hinge. The present invention comprises a front side frame; a rear side frame; a left side-frame; and a right-side frame. The left and right side-frames have a first folding unit respectively, and second folding units are respectively placed between the front frame and left/right side frames, and between the rear frame and left/right side frames, thereby allowing the front and rear frames to be folded in a close distance.
