The present invention provides a pipe for detecting a leakage which includes an outer pipe having a predetermined length and a hollow shape; an inner pipe of the predetermined length in which a fluid flows; and a leakage detecting unit which is installed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe and determines whether the fluid is leaked or not by detecting change in a pressure value in case the fluid is leaked from the inner pipe to the outside of the inner pipe.
