The present invention relates to a natural aromatic composition reproducing the fragrance of Neroli (Citrus aurantium var, amara flower), and to a cosmetic composition using the same and, more specifically, to a natural aromatic composition reproducing the fragrance of Neroli which has excellent preference by appropriately combining lemon oil, thyme oil, tangerine oil, mandarin oil, Ylang ylang oil, Neroli oil, Rosa damascene flower oil, sandalwood oil, and to a cosmetic composition using the same.
