Disclosed is a frame structure with improved seismic performance. The frame structure with improved seismic performance according to the present invention includes a column which is installed in the vertical direction and has a width (d1); a beam which is installed on the upper end of the column in the width direction and has a width (d2); and an elastoplastic damper of which one end part is connected to the column, of which the other end part is connected to the beam, and of which width is smaller than d1 and d2 so as to be located in an area formed by d1 and d2. The frame structure with improved seismic performance can maximize utilization of a space between the column and the beam, because the elastoplastic damper is installed along the front faces or the rear faces of the column and the beam, and increase rigidity of the frame structure and energy dissipation capacity by absorbing external force applied to the frame structure using a continuous bending force in the longitudinal direction of the elastoplastic damper because the elastoplastic damper is formed with a continuously transformed curvature.
