The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an adsorbent for eliminating radioactive cesium based on a magnetic manoparticle and, more specifically, to the manufacturing method of the adsorbent for eliminating the radioactive cesium in which ferrocyanide is combined to the surface of the magnetic manoparticle, and an adsorbent manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of the adsorbent for eliminating the radioactive cesium comprises a step (1) of adding an iron compound and a first solvent in a reactor and after increasing the same with a high temperature and manufacturing a magnetic manoparticle by a thermal decomposition method, reducing the temperature inside the reactor to a room temperature and obtaining the magnetic manoparticle by eliminating a non-react and the fist solvent; a step (2) of adding a second solvent and a silane coupling agent in the magnetic manoparticle obtained in the step (1) and increasing the same with a high temperature and reacting the same and obtaining a reacted result and eliminating and drying a non-react and the second solvent and obtaining a reacted result of powder type; a step (3) of adding the reacted result obtained in the step (2) in distilled water and putting a metal ion in the distilled water and reacting the same at room temperature and adding overwater and cleaning the same and collecting the magnetic manoparticle using a magnetic field; and a step (4) of adding the magnetic manoparticle collected in the step (2) in distilled water and putting ferrocyanide in the distilled water and reacting the same.
