The present invention relates to a multi-functional complex fabric and, more specifically, to a multi-functional complex fabric grafting the electromagnetic wave shielding technology through the silver thread and thread complex and flame retarding fiber to prevent degradation of the burn resistance in washing, be environmentally friendly, improve the function (radio frequency shielding) of the product, and can be used for commercial household textiles having the improved tactility, which is weaved by using the flame retardant yarn as the warp yarn and using conjugate yarn in which the metallic fiber is coated as the weft yarn, or using the conjugate yarn as the warp yarn and the weft yarn.
