The present invention relates to a Brassica napus species-specific marker, a primer and uses thereof and, more specifically, to a marker to identify Brassica napus L. cv. Hanla species, a PCR primer set for identification, and uses thereof. The present invention provides a marker and a primer set to identify Brassica napus L. cv. Hanla species, and an identification method and an identification kit using the primer set, thereby being effective in identifying Brassica napus L. cv. Hanla species.
