The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a standard source material for measuring dust, and a standard source material manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to the manufacturing method of the standard source material measuring dust comprising a step of preparing a liquid standard source; a step of measuring the radioactive concentration and mass of the liquid standard source; a step of loading the liquid standard source on a polyethylene film; a step of measuring the mass of the loaded liquid standard source; a drying step; a step of covering a polyester film on the top of the liquid standard source; and a step of bonding a polyethylene film to the polyester film thermally with a thermal boding device.
