An URL sharing service providing apparatus, which provides an URL sharing service while a call service is being performed while being connected to a path server via a network and included in a communication terminal performing the call service via a communication network, comprises: a data path managing unit which transmits a path connection request signal to the path server when a call service event is detected, wherein the path server receives a path connection request signal from a data path managing unit of a counterpart terminal of the call service and forms a data path between the communication terminals; and an URL sharing service performing unit which displays a web browser service selecting unit for execution of a web browser on a display unit during the call service, starts the web browser when a user selects the web browser service selecting unit, and acquires and transmits, to the path server, the URL information of a webpage of a web server to which the web browser connects, wherein the path server transmits the received URL information to the counterpart terminal, and the counterpart terminal starts the web browser, receives the web page of the web server corresponding to the received URL information, and displays the web page on the display unit.
