Provided is an assembly type concrete sluice gate. The assembly type concrete sluice gate is robust to have a permanent service life, has a light main body to allow anyone to easily install the concrete assembly sluice gate, and has wing walls to firmly and stably construct the assembly type concrete sluice gate on a ridge between rice paddies. The assembly type concrete sluice gate comprises: the main body which is constructed on one side of the ridge, having a water level adjusting plate inserted thereinto and adjusting a water level inside the ridge, and discharges discharge water as much as the height of the water level adjusting plate; the rectangular wing walls supporting the main body from the ground by being attached to both side surfaces of the main body; a waterway guiding sheet attached to the rear side part of the main body, and guiding a waterway through which the discharge water flowing in the waterway guiding sheet is discharged; and a sheet attaching frame of which the parts are inserted into the main body and the wing walls while the border of the waterway guiding sheet is bound to the sheet attaching frame so that the waterway guiding sheet can be maintained to be firmly attached to the main body.
