The present invention relates to a micro-file which can be easily settled on foundation concrete and a construction method thereof. An anchoring unit can be easily installed on foundation concrete and the micro-file which is constructed onto a support layer through the underlying ground of the foundation concrete to integrate the foundation concrete and micro-file together to reliably deliver a drawing load and a compressive load on the structure applied on the foundation concrete to the micro-file.
