The present invention relates to a device blocking leakage from a theft valve (12) combined to an oil pipeline (10), which comprises: a body (20) which has caps (21, 22) at both ends of a drum shaped structure; a binding unit (30) which is stored in the body (20) to be rotated and protrudes from the lower cap (22); and a pressurizing unit (40) which is connected to the binding unit (30) inside the body (20) and protrudes from the upper cap (21). Therefore, the leakage blocking device can urgently restore the oil pipeline so that leakage cannot occur from the valve installed on the oil pipeline for the purpose of illegal oil theft, and can improve the safety and convenience of a worker at the same time.
