MYB7 gene regulating seed germination of plant and use thereof

The present invention relates to a MYB7 gene capable of controlling seed germination of plants and to a usage thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a plant which is transformed using a recombinant vector including an arabidopsis thaliana-based MYB7 gene to promote germination of seeds, seeds of the plant, and a method of transforming the plant using the recombinant vector including the arabidopsis thaliana-based MYB7 gene, overly-expressing MYB7 gene, and promoting germination of the seeds. According to the present described above, it is possible to provide plants with improved MYB7 germination rates and enable a grower to guide germination of seeds at a desired point of time.
