The present invention relates to a method for dispersing emulsion type color bases in a color cosmetic composition using phase inversion emulsification. A method for manufacturing an emulsion type color cosmetic composition can improve color dispersibility among compositions, increase color realization, ease mixing colors because it can be commonly used in several products by mass-producing color bases, and improve productivity through a simple manufacturing method.
