A multi-channel signal detecting system for detecting magnetoencephalogram and electroencephalogram or magnetocardiogram and electrocardiogram according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an SQUID to detect magnetocardiogram or magnetoencephalogram from a measured subject to generate multiple first detecting signals; a converting unit to convert the first detecting signals to first serial digital signals; an electrocardiogram or electroencephalogram detecting device to detect electrocardiogram or electroencephalogram from the measured subject to generate multiple second detecting signals and convert the second detecting signals to second serial digital signals; a data synchronizing device to convert the first and second serial digital signals to output parallel digital signals to be generated, synchronize the output parallel digital signals with internal clock signals, and output the output parallel digital signals; and an optical cable to supply a transmission route so that the first and second serial digital signals can be transmitted to the data synchronizing device, wherein the first and second serial digital signals are simultaneously transmitted to the data synchronizing device.
