The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a laminated assembly including a stainless steel thin sheet and a wooden base material. The present invention provides a laminated assembly including a stainless steel thin sheet having an embossed pattern and a wooden base material and the method thereof, the method including: feeding a stainless steel thin sheet (10) from a winding roll (15) of the stainless steel thin sheet (10) to a first compression roll (40), bonding a synthetic resin film (41) onto the stainless steel thin sheet (10), embossing a predetermined pattern on the stainless steel thin sheet (10) and winding a stainless steel thin sheet (12) in which the synthetic resin film (41) is removed; and supplying each of the stainless steel thin sheet (12) and a wooden base material and forming a hot-melt bonding layer (71) on a surface of the stainless steel thin sheet (12) having the embossed pattern or the wooden base material and laminating the stainless steel thin sheet (12) and the wooden base material, wherein the synthetic resin film is removed by a winding method.
