The present invention relates to a device and a method for measuring angiosclerosis based on oscillometric arterial blood pressure measurement. The device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: a pressure detection sensor unit to detect a cuff pressure including the influence of a pulse wave; a pulse wave extracting unit to extract the pulse wave signals of arteries from the cuff pressure detected by the pressure detection sensor unit; a pulse wave amplitude detecting unit to divide the pulse wave signals extracted by the pulse wave extracting unit into multiple window sections, and detect a minimum amplitude value of a first window section and a minimum amplitude value of a second window section in the window sections; and an angiosclerosis analyzing unit to analyze the degree of angiosclerosis using the minimum amplitude values of the first and second window sections detected by the pulse wave amplitude detecting unit, thereby allowing an individual to simply examine the degree of angiosclerosis of arteries in the hospital or at home, etc. without help of an expert.
