The present invention relates to a touch screen display device, which includes an electrode layer of a double layered structure, for recognizing touch input by using mutual capacitance between electrodes of each layer. The touch screen display device includes a touch screen panel in which a plurality of sensing electrodes is formed and a plurality of driving electrodes to which driving voltage is applied. The touch screen panel includes a transparent window accommodating the touch input through a side facing one side and forming a sensing electrode on the one side in a predetermined pattern; a first circuit board connected to the sensing electrode; and a touch screen control unit determining a position of the touch input through change in the mutual capacitance between the driving electrode and the sensing electrode and connected to the first circuit board. A plurality of the sensing electrodes is integrally formed with the transparent window.
