The present invention relates to scleronephthya gracillimum derived gene responding to changes of ocean acidity, and a method for diagnosing changes of coastal environment using the same. Specifically, as a gene cluster derived from scleronephthya gracillimum indicates specific expression alteration according to ocean acidity changes owing to climate changes, it can be used as a microarray and a kit to check possibility of exposure in acidified ocean caused by ocean acidity changes by using the gene cluster as a biomarker.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
