The present invention relates to a computer tomography plate for manufacturing an implant surgical guide, more specifically, to a computer tomography plate for manufacturing an implant surgical guide, which includes: a U-shape body, which is a plate to be bitten by teeth during a computer tomography to measure a position where an implant is to be inserted; reference points made up of 3 points marked on one side of an upper surface of the body in which lines defined between one reference point and other two points, respectively, are vertical to each other; and first fixing holes punctured on one side of the upper surface of the body so that an impression material is fixed to the body for making a model of the tooth, wherein the body is inserted to a mouth so that the disposition where the implant is to be inserted based on the reference point is measured. The present invention substantially reduces the number of visits by the patient and time of treatment when the implant procedure is performed.
