The present invention relates to a polymer film comprising a three-dimensional microfiber-patterned layer, a method for manufacturing the same, a medical complex material comprising the same and, more specifically, to a polymer film comprising a three-dimensional fiber-patterned layer which is characterized by comprising a polymer film layer; a three-dimensional microfiber-patterned layer including a biocompatible polymer coupled to the polymer film layer in a certain pattern shape; and a crosslinked film layer formed on the polymer film layer except for the microfiber patterned layer, wherein any one or more of biocompatible material selected among a bioactive material or compound is coupled only to the microfiber patterned layer.
