The present invention relates to an apparatus for tracking a sound source for a closed circuit television (CCTV) using an acoustic sensor, capable of detecting an accident region using the acoustic sensor to provide guidance so that the CCTV photographs the accident region. The apparatus for tracking the sound source for the CCTV using the acoustic sensor according to the present invention includes: a manifold; direction-detection acoustic sensor modules which include three to four acoustic sensor modules distributed at the same angle from the manifold, located at the same distance, and located on the same horizontal axis (X) to detect the direction of the source source on a plane; a tilt-acoustic sensor module provided between the direction-detection acoustic sensor modules, including acoustic sensor modules located on a horizontal line (X) different from that of the direction-detection acoustic sensor modules to detect the distance from the sound source; and a control unit to detect the location of the sound source using the acoustic signal input from the direction-detection acoustic sensor module and the tilt-acoustic sensor module and to manipulate a photographing direction of the CCTV module using the detected location.
