The present invention relates to an assistive device and a shoe including an LED lamp which blinks while walking on a crosswalk. To this end, in accordance to the present invention, provided is a shoe including an LED lamp which blinks while walking on a crosswalk, and is characterized by including: a shoe (10); a sensing means (50) provided on the shoe (10) sensing the white lines of a crosswalk and the black aspha and the LED lamp (52) which blinks using power from a battery (54) in accordance to a signal from a control part (51) connected to the sensing means (50). Since the LED lamp of the shoe blinks while a pedestrian walks on a crosswalk, a driver recognizes the pedestrian, thereby preventing a negligent accident. According to the present invention, while walking on a crosswalk, the LED lamp blinks on the shoe and the assists the configured device as described above, thus a driver recognizing a pedestrian and thereby preventing a negligent accident. Accordingly, the quality and reliability of the shoe as a product are significantly improved to satisfy various wants (needs) of the consumers as users, thereby presenting a good image thereto.
