Composition for discrimination of mixing meat containing specific primer set for CytB gene

摘要

PURPOSE: A composition containing one or more kinds of primer pairs which are specific to CytB gene for identifying mixed meat is provided to acquire qualitative and quantitative information on the kinds of meat contained in mixed meat and to effectively distinguish the mixed meat. CONSTITUTION: A composition for identifying mixed meat contains one or more kinds of primer pairs selected among primer pairs of sequence numbers 1 and 2, 1 and 3, 4 and 5, 6 and 7, 6 and 8, 9 and 10, 9 and 11, 12 and 13, and 14 and 15. The primer pair is specific to mitochondria CytB gene of the mixed meat. The mixed meat contains two or more kinds of meat selected among horse, cattle, pig, chicken, duck, pheasant, turkey, deer, goose, sheep, rabbit, and dog.
