The present invention relates to a multi-functional headstock for a gun drill machine capable of effectively realizing various functions such as drilling, tapping, milling, boring and facing besides deep hole machining of a gun drill by easily replacing and mounting various tools such as a drill, a tap, a milling tool, a boring tool and a facing tool as well as a gun drill. The multi-functional headstock for a gun drill machine according to the present invention comprises a housing; a spindle installed in the housing to be rotatable; a tool holder combined to the front end of the spindle to be able to be separated; and a chucking device chucking or unchucking the rear end of the tool holder and arranged within the spindle in the longitudinal direction. A front support is combined to the front of the housing, and a back support is combined to the back of the housing. The front side of the spindle is rotationally supported by a first rotary support at the hollow part of the front support, and the back side of the spindle is rotational supported by a second rotary support at the hollow part of the back support, wherein the first and second rotary supports have at least one bearing.
