The present invention relates to a fried fish food whose main ingredient is catfish and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein using the catfish as a main ingredient increases the consumption of catfish, not only enabling farmers to increase profits, but also supplying nutrients of catfish to consumers, which strengthens the weakened energy and can promote stamina of the consumers.
