Permanent Waving Composition Containing Rose-Hip Extract And Method For Hair-Styling Using The Same

Disclosed are a permanent waving agent containing rose-hip extract and a hair-styling method using the same. The permanent waving agent containing rose-hip extract comprises a permanent first chemical comprising 10-20 wt% of rose-hip extract to the entire weight of the first chemical which is a reducing agent; and a permanent second chemical which is an oxidizing agent. After chemical dyeing procedure of the hairs using a hair dye which is a permanent waving agent containing the rose-hip extract, it is possible to prevent hair damage and hair waves from being uncurled due to the oxidative substance of the oxidized hair dye.
