The present invention relates to an LED lamp for dimming with a microwave sensor and a lighting device using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an LED lamp and an LED lamp control assembly for dimming with a microwave sensor capable of increasing the number of mounted LEDs without a sensing range of a microwave sensor by an LED substrate, and controlling dimming of an adjacent LED lighting device according to a detection signal sensing movement of the microwave sensor, and a lighting device using the same. The LED lamp with a microwave sensor according to the present invention includes an LED substrate in which an LED is installed; a microwave sensor module installed at a rear surface of the LED substrate, in which the LED is installed, to expose an antenna; a dimming converter which receives and converts AC power into DC power, and applies a dimming voltage to an LED of the LED substrate according to a control signal; and a control module to output a control signal to the dimming converter according to a detection signal from the microwave sensor module.
