The present invention relates to a feed composition for sea cucumbers comprising microalgae chlorella as a fermented main component wherein microorganism is added to the mixture of microalgae, kelp, seaweed, green algae, rice bran, barely bran, adlay and mineral, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The feed composition for sea cucumbers of the present invention is fermented, leading to easy absorption as active ingredients in the body of the sea cucumbers and increasing the survival rate and growth rate of the sea cucumber.
