The present invention relates to a method for predicting the distribution of underground water by rainfall in mountains and, more specifically, to a method for predicting the distribution of underground water based on a geographic information system (GIS) for landslide analysis and national disaster prevention by predicting changes of underground water by calculating 3D underground water distribution considering the flow of the underground water and the infiltration of rainfall based on geographic information of the geographic Information system and calculating the changes of the underground water in real time. The method for predicting the distribution of underground water based on the geographic Information system for landslide analysis includes a rainfall infiltration calculating step of calculating the infiltration of rainfall infiltrating into the ground by a computer; a storage time calculating step of calculating a storage time of the rainfall infiltrating into the ground by the computer; and an underground water flow direction and amount calculating step of calculating the flow direction and amount of the underground water based on a raster model of the geographic Information system by the computer.
