The present invention provides a calibration device of an underwater hydrophone array location, which is composed of four transducers which accurately calibrate the location of an individual underwater hydrophone configuring an underwater hydrophone array. According to the present invention, if the location of the individual underwater hydrophone is out of an intended design location on the underwater hydrophone array, the location is accurately calibrated. Thereby, the reliability of a noise measurement result by an underwater hydrophone array signal processing method is improved.
