The present invention relates to a system and method for processing air surveillance data using ADS-B data. The air surveillance data processing system includes: an air trajectory estimating unit estimating an air trajectory of a flight by using ADS-B data provided by the flight and radar data provided by a radar; a calculating unit, when the air trajectory of the flight is not a normal air trajectory complying with a criterion that the air trajectory of the flight is pre-determined, calculating a first air trajectory using the ADS-B, and calculating a second air trajectory using the radar data; and a processing unit adding identification information to a black list when the first and second air trajectories are matched according to flight identification information and a difference between the first and second air trajectories is not smaller than a first threshold value.
