Provided is a moving type small-sized robotic ball chair which solves the problem of a conventional wheelchair causing a user to have difficulty in rotating or changing directions by himself or herself in a room with a narrow space like a house and the problem of a conventional small-sized wheelchair that makes the user exhaust physical strength readily as it is manufactured manually and is controlled by strength of the users arm, and includes a foldable chair and a mobility assisting robot in order to change the form according to the users purposes, thereby allowing the user to freely move even in a narrow room, enabling the user to smoothly move in 360-degree directions without rotation or a change in directions, promoting the users social participation since the user can move while controlling the robot by himself or herself without help, enabling the user to control remotely, and allowing the user to use as a wheelchair or a cart by changing the form according to purposes.
