The present invention provides a sleep aid device for preventing snoring and sleep apnea, which induces to effectively have a free air way during sleeping by adjusting the position of the lower jaw and enabling setting of the proper position of the cervical vertebral during sleeping. For this, the present invention provides a sleep aid device for preventing snoring and sleep apnea, which comprises a lower jar supporting means supporting and pressing the lower jar toward the front of the face; and a sleep aid body having the lower jar supporting means.
