Then, a third air cylinder (30) and a fourth air cylinder (30a) are operated to widen a lower portion of the first support plate (20), the second support plate (20a), the third support plate (20b), and the fourth support plate (20c) to transfer the combustible waste rolled over the net or vinyl by a transfer conveyor (4).
