The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for generating a trade action to manage a financial market risk and a record medium storing a program for executing the same. The apparatus includes: a storage unit for storing smart data, which include accounting constant information and interactive information between the accounting constant information, and a plurality of risk management standards for acquiring benefits from a plurality of orders or for defining loss; a tendency information calculation unit which applies the smart data to each of the the risk management standards to calculate tendency information for any one among an exchange loss cost, a raw material purchase cost, a debit ratio and a cash in hand which correspond to each risk management standard among the risk management standards; an RMA select unit to select one risk management standard among the risk management standards by using the tendency information, in which the selected risk management standard may satisfy that one of a max exchange loss cost, a max raw material purchase cost, a max debit ratio and a minimum cash in hand is within a predetermined range and one of an average exchange loss cost, an average raw material purchase cost, an average debit ratio and an average cash in hand is in a least level; a trade action calculation unit that calculates the trade action including at least one among sale, buy, hold, trading time and price by applying the smart data and market information to the risk management standard selected by the RMA select unit; and a trade action executing unit to perform the trade action by requesting a server of a financial organization to process the trade action calculated by the trade action calculation unit.
