1. Turbo machine which comprises a rotor having at least one impeller, the bearing coupled to the rotor to support it rotatably, a stator and a sealing device disposed between the rotor and the bearing and comprising:;first dry gas seal, which is located near the inner side of said sealing device and which is fed the main seal gas at a first pressure,;second dry gas seal which is disposed adjacent to the first dry gas seal and to which is fed the main buffer gas at a second pressure, and;third dry gas seal which is disposed adjacent to the second dry gas seal and which is applied in the third buffer gas pressure.;2. The turbomachine according to claim 1, wherein the main seal gas is the process gas, whose pressure is raised turbomachine said main buffer gas is a fuel gas, a buffer gas is nitrogen.;3. The turbomachine according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:;the first blowing unit is adapted to purge the main seal gas which is released in the first dry gas seal in the recovery system disposed in said turbomachine,;second blowing device, which is adapted to blow primary buffer gas and a buffer gas, which are issued after the second dry gas seal in the discharge system associated with said turbomachine, and;third blowing device, which is adapted to buffer purge gas, which is discharged for the third dry gas seal to atmosphere.;4. The turbomachine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first pressure area associated with the process gas supplied from said turbomachine has a pressure P1, a second pressure area located between the area of the first pressure and a first dry gas seal has a pressure P2 region third pressure, located inside the first dry gas seal has a pressure P3, the area of the fourth pressure, located between the area of the third pressure and a second dry gas seal, a pressure P4, the area of the fifth pressure located within the second dry gas seal has P5 pressure region sixth pressure region located between the third and the fifth pressure dry gas seal has a pressure P6, the seventh pressure region located inside the third dry gas seal, pressure is P7, and P1 P2 P4 P3 P6 P5 P7.;5. A method for sealing a turbomachine comprising a rotor having at least one impeller connected to the rotor bearing for supporting the rotor for rotation and a stator comprising:;preventing passage of the process gas, whose pressure is raised by said turbomachine to said bearing means disposed in series combination of the first, second and third dry gas seals,;feeding the primary gas seal at the first dry gas seal at a first pressure,;main supply of the buffer gas in the second dry gas seal located adjacent to the first dry gas seal at a second pressure, and;supplying a buffer gas to the third dry gas seal located adjacent to the second dry gas seal at the third pressure.;6. The method of claim 5, wherein the main seal gas is the process gas, the conditioned main buffer gas is a fuel gas, a buffer gas is nitrogen.;7. The control system of dry gas seal, comprising:;Intake control device of the first gas seal, which is arranged to supply the first gas to the first sealing dry gas seal at a first pressure, a second intake control device of the sealing gas which is arranged to supply a second seal gas into the second dry gas seal at a second pressure, and;Intake control device of the third gas seal, which is arranged to supply a third gas seal in the third dry gas seal at the third pressure,;wherein the first, second and third condensing gases different from each other.;8. The control system of claim 7, wherein the first seal gas is a process gas, a second sealing gas is a fuel gas, and a third sealing gas is nitrogen.;9. The according to claim 7 or 8 adjusting system in which each of said first, second and third pressure less than 51 bar.;10. Regulatory system according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising at least one gas treatment element associated with said device for controlling the first seal gas inlet and adapted to carry out at least one of heating, cooling and filtering of the first gas seal.
