The process of neutralization of liquid radioactive wastes of nuclear power plants, contaminated by petroleum products, corrosion products and synthetic surfactants, in field conditions, comprising a pretreatment on mechanical and membrane filters, desalination for reverse osmosis filters with settling of liquid radioactive waste in the initial and intermediate containers and final purification on ion exchange filters curing of the radioactive concentrates in inclusion portland cement, wherein after sedimentation of waste in the initial capacitance produce drain the upper layer of contaminants in the collection of oil products during pretreatment as mechanical filters using bulk filters with modified nitrogen-containing coals, after settling in the first intermediate container liquid radioactive waste is fed to the membrane filters, which is used as microfilters coarse and fine filters, then the waste is directed into a second intermediate container, after settling in the second intermediate container crushi ode fed to reverse osmosis filter, a concentrate which is recycled to the first intermediate container as an alkalizing agent until its saturation salts, saturated petroleum coal recovered from the mechanical filter for replacement with new and waste coals burned together with oil, fused to the top layer of the original container into the collection petroleum derived ash include portland cement together with salts of saturated waste concentrate by reverse osmosis.
