1. Composition for fluorescent conversion into red light, which absorbs light in the blue region, received from the light source, and emits light in the red region, comprising: a color-converting material (A), which absorbs light in the blue region and emits light having a maximum emission fluorescence in the yellow-orange regions; a color-converting material (B) that absorbs light in the yellow-orange regions and emits light having a maximum emission of fluorescence in the red region; the resin (C) of the matrix for dispersing the color-converting materials (A) and (B), wherein the color-converting material (A) is a condensed polycyclic compound containing a 5-membered ring compound having a conjugated system and a 6-membered ring compound having a conjugated system with a compound with a 5-membered ring, and a compound with a 5-membered ring contains at least one type of atom selected from a heteroatom, a selenium atom, and a boron atom. 2. The composition for fluorescence conversion to red light according to claim 1, wherein the condensed polycyclic compound is an azole derivative or an imidazole derivative. The composition for fluorescent conversion into red light according to claim 1, wherein the condensed polycyclic compound is a compound shown by the general formula (1), (2), (3) or (4): where R-R and R-R are, respectively identical or different groups and represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a group: —COOR (where R denotes a linear or branched alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms), an aromatic hydrocarbon group
