1. A method for determining the temperature of the gas at the outlet of the combustion chamber of a gas turbine (10), comprising the steps of: - determining the mass flow rate and temperature of the fuel supplied to the combustion chamber; - determining the mass flow rate and temperature of the air supplied to the combustion chamber ; - determine the temperature dependence of the specific heat of the burnt mixture of fuel and air supplied to the combustion chamber; and - determine the temperature at the outlet of the burnt mixture at the outlet of the combustion chamber based on the found mass flow rate and temperature of the fuel, the found mass flow rate and air temperature and the temperature dependence of the specific heat capacity of the burnt mixture. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the temperature dependence of the specific heat of the burned mixture comprises the step of approximating the specific heat, in particular, using a temperature polynomial. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the outlet temperature comprises the step of creating an iterative equation and applying the iterative equation at least to the starting outlet temperature. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining the outlet temperature comprises the step of creating an iterative equation and applying the iterative equation at least to the starting outlet temperature. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of determining the outlet temperature further comprises the step of determining the threshold value and iteratively applying the iterative equation to repeatedly obtain the subsequent outlet temperature from the previous outlet temperature, at which the iterative
