1. The method of forming a virtual model of the dentition for the manufacture of a physical model of the dentition, implemented using a computer, which includes the following stages: creating a virtual model of the dentition containing a fragment of the gum and tooth as a part of the removed element in the model; the formation in the specified gingival fragment of the cavity in which there is a wall and into which the removable element can be inserted to form an interface between the removed element and the cavity wall, while the removable element and the cavity wall are located with the formation of a gap at the specified interface; and providing support-guiding means for supporting and positioning the removed element in the cavity, the supporting-guiding means being formed on one of two objects — said removed element or said cavity wall — so that they pass through said gap between the removed element and the cavity wall, with thus, in the physical model made according to the virtual model, support and positioning of the deleted element in the cavity, the contact area between the removed element and the cavity wall at the indicated interface is determined by the shape of the adjoining surfaces of the supporting-guiding means and the second of the two objects - the removed element or the cavity wall. 2.
