1. A method of reducing the amount of tritium hydrogen (T or HT) and / or tritium water (HTO or TO) generated by at least one container containing at least one block of tritium-containing waste (5) generated by the nuclear industry, the method being characterized in that that it includes the following steps in which: the container is reacted with a mixture (2) containing manganese dioxide (MnO) mixed with a compound containing silver; the container is reacted with at least zeolite (1) .2. A method according to claim 1, wherein the silver is contained in the mixture (2) in the form of at least one of the compounds: silver oxide, silver salt or silver complex compound. The method according to claim 1, wherein silver is in the form of silver oxide in the mixture (2), wherein the mass concentration of manganese dioxide in the mixture (2) is from 80 to 99%, and the mass concentration of silver oxide in the mixture (2) is from 20 up to 1%. 4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the mass concentration in the mixture (2) of manganese dioxide and silver oxide is about 90 and 10%. The method according to any one of the preceding paragraphs. 1-4, in which the mixture (2) contains a platinum compound, the mass concentration of which in the mixture (2) is from 0.1 to 1% .6. The method of claim 5, wherein the platinum compound is a platinum black compound with a content of 10% Pt. 7. The method of claim 5, wherein the silver in the mixture (2) is in the form of silver oxide, wherein the mass concentration of manganese dioxide is about 89.3%, the mass concentration of silver is about 10.2%, and the mass concentration of platinum compound is about 0 , 5% .8.
