This invention relates to containers for transporting and storing goods and materials, particularly collapsible pallet container (container) for transport and storage, comprising a substantially rectangular bottom and four vertical side walls interconnected by fastening means, whereby at least one wall of the respective fixing means associated with the hinged bottom. The proposed container, each of the vertical walls mounted on the bottom support and connected with it, at least one means of articulation designed as a horizontally oriented hinged loop located by the outer wall surface, and associated with each of the adjacent walls, at least one fastening means adapted to form a vertically oriented curtain loop, wherein the axis of at least a vertically oriented hinge pins are removable. The container as simple to manufacture and use, and has in the spread (transport) as the lowest possible height compared to the height of the container when assembled. The compounds with the bottom walls and interconnected walls for high strength and stability of the structure as a whole even if the location of several loaded containers on top of each other, as well as assembly and disassembly without tools. Furthermore, construction of the container ensures the exclusion limit the height of the container walls (for allowing its folding).
