The utility model relates to medicine, in particular in neonatal anesthesia and surgery, and can be used to locate the proximal esophagus when atresia neonates in conventional surgical operations, as well as the thoracoscopic restoring esophagus neonates, including low body weight . The object of the utility model is to reduce esophageal trauma in finding its proximal part during surgery in newborns, including preterm infants with low and very low birth weight in esophageal atresia, decreased risk of esophageal perforation in preterm infants with low and very low birth weight, as well as simplification and reduction of the residence time of the proximal esophagus. The technical result of the utility model is to improve the visualization of the proximal esophagus when finding during surgery neonatal esophageal atresia, using the smaller inner diameter of the catheter, introduced into the esophagus newborn. This is achieved in that the proposed collapsible device for finding the proximal esophagus when atresia in newborns during surgery, consisting of a transparent catheter size CH8-CH10 closed atraumatic distal end of fiber-optic cable with an end glow plug and the endoscope light source.
