Mobile welder DC relates to electrical engineering, in particular to electrical power electrotechnological installations, and can be used for welding joints between rails, rails surfacing heads, welding operations on commercial oil and gas pipelines, including in winter conditions . Mobile welder DC comprises a welding head, the unit process with controllable frequency master oscillator control phase uncontrolled rectifier with a smoothing filter and the inverter loaded via the current sensors and voltage to the primary winding of the transformer, while its secondary coil formed with N-tap, to the center tap of which the zero circuit via rectifying diodes, and a throttle switch connected to the welding head and to corresponding taps via another commutator torr with a temperature sensor integrated solenoid connected thermoprocessable module representing a LC-resonant circuit, wherein the outputs of the temperature sensors, voltage and current associated with a process control unit. Process control unit comprises: a device master oscillator of the phase locked loop, the selector of the welding conditions and the heat treatment, the protection unit to the voltage control unit, a current node and tracking temperature. As the switches can be used as electromagnetic contactors, and semiconductor contactors: bipolar thermally treating the thyristors in the circuit module and lockable in the welding head thyristor circuit. The problems: reduced weight, size and cost of mobile welding complex, formed the desired external characteristics, reduced the time required for the welding-heat-treatable work, increased efficiency.
